BSFL season finishes with a flurry of goals

BSFL Premier Division sides Robin Hood and White Hart Rovers ended the season with a 2-2 draw.

In Division One, Run DFC had Jake Levy and Akil Phillip Forde to thank for a 2-0 victory over Blackbirds Rangers, while goals from Johnny Davis (2) and Callum Hurley secured a 3-2 win for VFC against Greenacres II.

Division Two saw a 6-1 win for Comets Reserves over Echoes. Miley Cash (2), Scott Vaughan, Joel Williams, Chris Clemo and Jonny Pearce scored for Comets, while Tommy Godfrey scored his first goal for 15 years for Echoes.

Hemel Corinthians were on form in Division Three, crushing AC Grapes 5-1 with efforts from Michael Dance (2), Paul Hunt (2) and Craig Sharples, and Berko Athletic won 5-2 over Potten End Sunday thanks to Matt Gunnary, Matt Dalton, John Marshall, Mike McVeigh and James Dykes.

Echoes reserves had Dave Thomas (3), Jamie Hickman, James Jeffrey and Jack Watts to thank for a 6-0 win against Tring Royals, while The Three Tuns drew 3-3 with Boxmoor Rangers.

In Division Four, Palace thrashed Big GC FC 8-2 thanks to James Taylor (2) Matt Wollacott, Chris Richards, Rob Woods, Adam Hill, Kenny Fitzgerald and an o/g.

Boxmoor Rangers won 7-2 at Poggenpohl as Will McLean (2), Aaron Honey, Mark Relf, Dean Pearman and Matt Bailey netted.
