Hemel Hempstead Town travel to Dorset tomorrow to take on Poole Town in a Calor League Southern Premier Division promotion six-pointer.
Table-topping Hemel are now on a run of four games unbeaten, a streak that started with a home win against Poole on the March 5 and included victories against Weymouth and Arlesey with a draw against Cambridge in the middle.
The Tudors have the second best away form the division*, have scored 17 goals in the last six away games and, over the season, have kept clean sheets in a third of away games.
Poole, meanwhile, have the division’s second-best home form behind Hemel and are currently unbeaten at home this season - keeping clean sheets in nearly half of their home games.
They’re on a run of four consecutive wins, three of them in the last week as they’ve beaten Truro, Frome and Corby on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday respectively.
And football statistics and predictions website betstatz.com believe that the hosts will have the edge tomorrow.
“Poole are unbeaten in all of their 13 Calor Premier matches at home this season and in the 15 league games that Poole have been winning at H/T they’ve gone on to win every time,” said betstatz owner Nick Gelis.
